Product Warranty

Mobile Screen Repair stands behind the quality of our materials and workmanship. The following limited warranty applies to all window and door screen repair and replacement services.

Coverage Overview

Aluminum Frames (Window &Sliding & Swinging  Door Screens, Security Door Screens)
We provide a 10-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Pet Doors:  1-Year Limited Warranty

Screen Mesh (Window & Door Screens)

• Standard Mesh: 1-Year Limited Warranty
• No-SEE-um Mesh: 1 Year Limited Warranty 
• Solar / Pet-Resistant Mesh: 2-Year Limited Warranty

This warranty covers premature tearing, separation, or failure under normal use conditions.

Steel Security Door:  5-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Marine Grade Stainless Steel Doors: 

• Lifetime Structural Warranty: Covers defects in manufacturing and materials for the lifetime of the product for the original owner.
• Lifetime No-Rust Warranty: Protects against rust, often highlighted for coastal or high-humidity areas.
• Lifetime No Break-In Warranty: Titan will replace the door or pay up to $1,000 of the homeowner's insurance deductible if an intruder breaches a locked Titan security door.
• Powder Coat Finish Warranty: Typically a 5-year warranty on the finish.
• Extended Warranty: Some products offer a 10 to 15-year extended warranty if registered. Register at www.titansecurity.com/registration
• Conditions: The warranty is valid for the original purchaser. It does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, or any modifications to the originally iinstalled door.

Clearview Retractable Screen Doors

The ClearView Retractable Screen System(s) provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all parts and mechanisms on all of its retractable screen system(s) to be free of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty expressly excludes pile, the screen mesh and mesh components, which include rips, tears, separation, fraying, snags in or on screen material, or the detaching of the screen material from the roller tube or pull bar. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, scratching, corrosive atmosphere contaminants, lightning, earthquakes, windstorm, tornadoes, flooding, fire, modification, vandalism, negligence or any other act of God, other causes beyond the control of ClearView Retractable Screen System(s) or the installing dealer/distributor. This warranty does not include latching device(s), screws or other fasteners used in the assembly or installation of the ClearView Retractable Screen System(s). This warranty does not cover changes in the powder coated finish, which may take place with the passage of time. In no event shall ClearView Retractable Screen System(s) be liable for direct or indirect loss, consequential damage, or any other claims except as provided for in this warranty. Defective components will be replaced free of charge for up to one year from date of installation. After one year a service installation charge may apply. The warranty will not cover the cost of labor, applicable taxes, shipping or other consequential expenses related to the removal, return, or re-installation. Warranty is Void if:

 

The ClearView Retractable Screen System(s) is removed from the location it was originally installed and re-installed by a non-qualified ClearView Retractable Screen System(s) technician.

The ClearView Retractable Screen System(s) is installed by another company other than a ClearView Retractable Screen System(s) authorized dealer/distributor.

The ClearView Retractable Screen System(s) is repaired or serviced by anyone other than a ClearView Retractable Screen System(s) authorized dealer/distributor.

What Is Covered

This warranty includes:

• Defects in materials used during installation
• Workmanship errors related to installation or assembly
• Frame integrity issues not caused by external damage
• Mesh failure not caused by misuse or environmental damage

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by pets, wildlife, or insects
• Tears, punctures, or damage from sharp objects or misuse
• Frame bending or damage due to impact, force, or improper handling
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Damage caused by weather events, including high winds, storms, or debris
• Rust/corrosion from environment (especially coastal CA)
• Damage from misuse, pets, forced entry, or modifications
• Improper maintenance
• Structural shifting of the home
• Improper care, neglect, or unauthorized repairs or modifications

Service Terms

• All warranty claims must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery
• Mobile Screen Repair reserves the right to inspect the product prior to approving any claim
• Approved claims will be repaired or replaced at our discretion
• Warranty applies only to the original customer and original installation location

Labor & Service Call

• Labor for warranty-related repairs is covered for 30 days from the date of service
• After 30 days, a service call fee may apply, even if the repair or materials are covered under this warranty

Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

California Warranty Disclosure

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Under California law, including the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose may apply.

To the extent required by California law:

• Any implied warranties are limited in duration to the duration of this express warranty
• If any limitation on implied warranties is not permitted by law, such warranties shall not be limited or disclaimed

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law:

• Mobile Screen Repair shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or property damage
• Our total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original amount paid for the service or product

Some states, including California, do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
